Pastor Earl Parchia, Jr. established Victorious Life Ministries in Palm Bay, Florida in 2012.
Earl was raised In Milwaukee, Wisconsin in a Christian Family. Both he and his two sisters, Kathy and Monica, followed their father into the pastorate. Kathy Parchia (Flemming) leads a church in Linden, New Jersey while Monica Parchia (Price) leads their father’s former church in Milwaukee.
Earl’s father, Earl Parchia, Sr., was the Florida Bishop of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World for 38 years.
Pastor Parchia graduated from Morehouse College in 1976 with a degree in political science. His wife, Grace, helps in the ministry as administrator. Her experience in Human Resources is a valuable asset to the church.
Pastor Parchia envisions Victorious Life’s purpose to be a spiritual hospital to help people who have been hurt. In addition, the church will teach conflict resolution as a way for members to heal and grow their faith.
With a new church start he is laying a foundation for future growth. In five years he sees Victorious Life as spiritually impacting lives in the community for healing and maturing the congregation with a focus on men and youth. He told me, “If you get the men, the rest of the family will follow.”
One project he would like to see develop is a community choir. It would be composed of youth from various churches coming together to minister to the surrounding area.
His idea of a perfect vacation would be a long cruise around Hawaii or the Caribbean. If he were not pastoring a church, which he enjoys, he said he would “probably be a lawyer with focus on social justice.” While both are noble professions, we are glad he is pastoring at Victorious Life Apostolic in Winter Garden.
